Final Thoughts
I won't speak on anything I haven't lived or experienced.
Today, I consciously choose to share two pages out of my life's chapters. Usually, I focus on questions posed by the tribe worldwide, whether on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or on our home base, the Yourself Coach blog website. But today, I am taking a different route.
This write up is grouped into a 4 paragraph post1. 2.. 3... 4....

Introduction
I like to start every piece I write with a story—sharing my background on a blank canvas, just like any painter does. My name is "3 Kings," and I'll leave my gender to your imagination. I come from a place I like to call the jungle, mainly because it was my war zone. I was fortunate to have good siblings and amazing parents who provided not everything I wanted but always everything I needed. With every day that passes, I recognize the value in that.
In every paragraph you read, you'll find it's all infused with real-life experiences that I've gained and implemented while consciously battling my fears and self-doubt. For the return on your time invested, you will receive drastic compensation while I earn a warrior's badge for battling another fear—self-doubt—and transforming them into tools to battle my next challenger: the fears and self-doubts that I am consciously aware are coming.
Today, I choose to focus on two major Fears and Self-doubts we all face the moment we wake up and take that first deep breath, appreciating the gift of another day.
The First Battle: The Smooth-Talking Voice
Every day, I wake up and am greeted by my first battle—a smooth-talking, silent voice that slips in right as I exhale my first deep breath of the day. It whispers, "Good morning! Are you really going to get out of bed today? Don’t you deserve a break?"You see, my mind is the smoothest talker I know. Each day, it repeats the same words, but they sound smoother with every morning added to the always-counting calendar of my life.
In the next paragraph, you will see first-hand how I suit up to battle this first opponent. Just like everyone facing their fears and self-doubt, I have had conscious conversations that confirm they experience this every single morning also. The moment the daily clock starts ticking—24:00, 23:58, 23:50, 20:23—we are all faced with our first opponent. How we respond in those 60 seconds determines what happens for the next 23 hours and 59 minutes before we are gifted the next 24 hours: 00 minutes; another day.
Of course, I didn’t wake up one day and pick up a book, gaining some mental superpower. No, I’m still actively working every day, battling the same opponent from the very first day over and over again, each time I am gifted a new 24-hour clock.
Paragraph 2.. Next Grouped paragrph is 3...
You see, I have always believed that I was the smartest person in every room I walked into, though many times life tried to show me I was not, and I was an unconscious willing participant in life’s games. Though I failed many times in school, having to repeat a class, I still held on to my strong mantra that I was the smartest person in the room.
Just like every ticking second on my life's clock, never stopping and always ticking, life never got easy on me. You see, I sit back right now on a four-legged chair with a brown fluffy chair cover that feels the same as your cat's skin—sharp yet comforting. Legs crossed like a monk, shoulders back—not too much because that's pride—and my head up, fingers dancing on the keyboard, I recall that every second I add to my life only amplifies my fears and self-doubt. They have no plans to take it easy on me, attacking the moment I take my first breath. Facing this daily opponent becomes a conscious decision, one that I reaffirm each morning to combat the nagging voice in my head.
Inspiration and Lessons Learned
Within this narrative, I want to highlight a notion discussed by Albert Einstein, who said, "A person who never made a mistake never tried anything new." This is a principle I've come to understand deeply. Life continually tests us. Despite my failures, I still held tightly to my belief that I was the smartest person in every room I walked into.
Finding Motivation Amid Challenges
I realized that I often sought an excuse to stay back in bed, looking for reasons not to utilize my 24:00 clock. However, when someone I cared about was present, I became motivated to rise and meet the day—not as a matter of personal pride, but out of a desire to inspire.
Paragraph 3... Next Grouped paragrph is 4....
Growing up, I always knew one thing about myself that my mother ingrained in me: to always be nice and help the next person close to you. Though we have different ways of showing this, I was always stuck with that as the core foundation of who I am. This led me to try to motivate people, consciously or unconsciously, either when they were paying attention or not. I told myself they were paying attention, which helped me feel good about fighting my first battle. But when I am alone, that positive energy seems to fade away. I realized that for a good half of my life, I had become so good at looking for that feeling of drive when someone was watching me, while drastically undervaluing my self-worth.
This led to what I call an era of my life—a living zombie. I was a zombie living life, just passing through the days. Although I smiled when people were around, my happiness was at least 70% controlled by this at the time. I learned that only I can lead myself; I am "3 Kings." No one knows me better than I know myself. I’ve been fighting my battles before I even met the people I relied on so much, the ones that controlled about 70% of my mood reactions and happiness.
You see, just like any painter would tell you, you can’t stop the paint from slowly dripping off the brush when painting, and similarly, you can’t stop life battles from knocking at uninvited times. It’s dramatic in how it interacts with us. Failure, however, is not to be feared; it needs to be accepted. The reason most people are scared to fail is not just because they fear what others will think, but they are often afraid to confront the reality of their failure.

To accept that you’ve failed is only step one. Step two is studying why you failed. The emotional pain that follows accepting a failure does hurt—believe me, I know. Sometimes it’s tough to breathe, and yet, you must dive deep into understanding where and when you failed, what you were doing just before, and who you were with.
This is where pride comes into play, which can often be mistaken for something else. To fight back against my opponent: “ MyPride “. I can tell you from experience that it doesn't make the process fun or easy. Though it was not hard for me because I already had a response waiting for my pride. I tell myself, “I accept that I don’t know everything. In fact, I’ve been waiting to fail, and now that I have failed, expect my best. You won’t get me next time, I assure you!.” Remember when I said the human brain loves progress? That was a hot, burning challenge I issued to my brain, and even when I fail, I still challenge my mind to keep trying.
Our failures will always come as we attempt new things or repeat old tasks; it’s an inevitable cycle. Even the best artists in the world drop their brushes once in a while, and it’s not intentional. Despite waking up believing I am the smartest person in the world—second to my mother—while still battling my fears and failures, I continue to study each failure. I constantly ask myself where, when, how, and why I failed. The important thing to remember is if I don't see, understand, or identify the root cause of my failure, I won’t know what to fix.
Each of us has 24 hours gifted to us every single day.The moment we take our first breath, the counting clock never stops and won’t until the next 24-hour cycle begins. You have to consciously accept the battle; you have to be willing to stand up and fight your fears, knowing fully well what comes with it: the pain, the feeling like you can’t breathe, the feeling dizzy, your mind going on overdrive, sharing information that only makes you feel worse—YES, all that and more. You have to fight!
We all have choices. Each day, every second, we make a decision—a 60-second decision that shapes the day, influences the months, and eventually defines our years.
What will you do with your 24 hours? Are you going to let your fear and self-doubt smooth-talk you into giving up again?
My name is “ 3 K I N G ‘s “ : I am a self-leader. No one can lead me. No one will lead me—not my fears, not my self-doubt—no! I will lead myself.
My Final Thoughts:
Failure is not something to be afraid of; it is a tool for growth. It’s crucial to accept it, study it, and utilize it to inform your path moving forward. Each day brings the opportunity to redefine your narrative. Embrace it.

I am a dedicated speaker, consciously and constantly supporting those battling fear and self-doubt on life’s never-ending journey. I am not a leader nor a motivational speaker;I literally just speak—that’s all. It’s your choice to decide to wake up. Yet, I want to clarify thatI can’t and won’t lead you
